Kindred spirits living 4,166.94 miles apart. Each spending their days in the simplicity of life. Wives and mothers in love with their family. Each with a passion for photography. Not just any photography but life photography. They do not work with fancy backdrops and artificial posing. They simply capture their day as it unfolds. Natural lighting, beautiful messy faces of a child, dirty counters, amazing sunsets, smudged windows and life adventures. Family and friendship. Here you will have the opportunity to peek into the lives of these two seelenschwesters. Enjoy~

Wind~

I've always loved the wind. From strong winds before a storm to the ocean's pleasant breeze while lounging beach side. I love the smells carried by the wind and the sudden satisfaction it can bring during a warm day. But I think, most of all, I've always found it so beautiful when the wind tangles through someone's hair; it has such a poetic look and feel to it. I wonder if, somehow, it's one of the ways God reaches out to touch us, perhaps even being playful while we're oblivious. Either way the wind is certainly one of God's most captivating forms of art. ~Amber Barrier

Warm winds blowing in the trees.
Warm winds dancing with the leaves.
Warm winds gliding upon your face.
Warm winds we embrace.

Family

Rejoice with your family in the beautiful land of life!  ~Albert Einstein
Here in this photograph of Family
I have captured my sisterly cousin, her fun husband and  their beautiful
daughter.
I  often think of how nice it would be to spend more time with extended family. If life could just slow a bit. Although most of us may not talk daily, we carry one another in our hearts. As we also make time to sit on the lawn with laughter and barefeet.
~I love you and this sweet family oh so much.

The Gift of Siblings

To the outside world, we all grow old. But not to brothers and sisters. They know each other as they always were. They know each other's hearts. They share private family jokes. They remember family griefs and joys. They live outside the touch of time.

So this is LOVE

I press my lips upon your innocent soft forehead and  my heart whelps with LOVE.
This love has only occurred in my heart as a mother. This love is a gift. A gift the Lord placed in my heat the moment he placed you in my womb. The Love of a mother and her child is one of the most precious loves of all. How blessed I am to carry this Love~

So...this is love!! I love the way your curls dance gracefully across your cheeks....and I love how the morning light outlines your beautiful face....but most of all I love you!
